This website is operated by KHALILA LLC, trading as Khalila Home, established on November 28, 2025. These terms explain the use of khalilahome.com. Purchase conditions are set out in our Terms of Sale.

Using Our Website

Please provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting us. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or act with the permission of someone who does.

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or interference with its operation.

Product Information

We provide product descriptions, dimensions, materials, construction details and package contents to help you make an informed purchase. Accessories, furniture and decorative props shown in scene images are excluded unless expressly listed as included.

If you notice an error, contact us. We will correct confirmed errors and resolve any affected order with you. An existing order will not be changed to a different product or higher price without your agreement.

Orders and Payments

Prices are displayed in EUR. The checkout shows the applicable order total before payment. We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Customer Service and Remedies

KHALILA LLC is responsible for fulfilling its obligations as the seller, including order handling, delivery arrangements and applicable return, exchange, refund and consumer remedies.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides 30-day returns, direct exchanges, company-paid return and exchange shipping and refunds to the original payment method.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Consumer Rights and Disputes

These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights applicable in Poland or the European Union. Contact us about a concern so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Your right to seek assistance from competent consumer authorities or courts remains available.

Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
