Products and Package Contents
Product pages describe the product, dimensions, materials, construction and package contents. Only the expressly listed items are supplied. Accessories, furniture and decorative props shown in scene images are excluded unless expressly listed as included.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge are disclosed before payment, and checkout shows the final total. We do not add undisclosed charges after purchase.
We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
KHALILA LLC arranges and bears any import duties or customs charges required for delivery to Poland. Customers are not required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
Placing an Order
You can review your products, quantities, delivery details and total before submitting your order. By submitting an order, you undertake to pay the displayed total.
Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation identifying the goods and agreed total. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and arrange an agreed alternative or refund any payment collected. Substitutions and price increases require your agreement.
Delivery
We deliver to Poland. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days.
The cutoff is 14:00 ET on business days. Orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. public holidays enter the processing schedule on the next business day. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
KHALILA LLC remains responsible for delivery until you or a person you nominate receives the goods. See our Shipping Policy.
Cancellation and Changes
You may request cancellation before shipment. Address and order changes must be requested through customer service before shipment. We check the order status and confirm whether the requested change has been completed.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We accept defective and non-defective returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. For our 30-day return service, return the goods within 14 calendar days after authorization. Original packaging is not required, and we do not charge restocking fees.
Direct exchanges are available, subject to replacement availability. KHALILA LLC pays return and exchange shipping costs.
For our 30-day return service, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–10 business days to display the funds.
Consumers in Poland and the European Union also have a statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal right. Statutory withdrawal does not require prior authorization or a printed form, and its refund deadlines take precedence where applicable. Full details appear in our Return and Refund Policy.
Product Conformity and Complaints
Goods must conform to their description and applicable legal requirements. Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by our 30-day return service. Contact us to request an appropriate remedy. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 calendar days.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory Polish or European Union consumer rights.
