Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 ET, excluding U.S. public holidays. ET follows U.S. Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Time as applicable.

You may email us at any time. Messages received outside our service hours enter the customer service queue for the next business day. Routine customer service and order processing are not carried out on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Help With an Order

Include your order number and a description of your request. Please do not send full payment card details.

Cancellation, address changes and order changes must be requested before shipment. Contact us so we can check the order status and confirm the outcome.

Returns and Direct Exchanges

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return or direct exchange. We will provide instructions, the correct return address, a downloadable return form and a prepaid shipping label. Download and print the documents, or contact us to arrange an alternative.

KHALILA LLC pays return and exchange shipping costs. Original packaging is not required, and no restocking fee is charged. See our Return and Refund Policy for complete terms and statutory withdrawal rights.
